I had the idea during Corona. I asked myself, what is important now? Now we cook together as a team at edenspiekermann every 2-3 weeks. Everyone takes turns suggesting something - this time I suggested summer pasta, inspired by your cookbook "Nudeln machen glücklich": 5 pasta doughs and a sauce. It was great, because you could test it all. And designers are all cooks anyway - so it works out well 😊
