We, the website operator or page provider, collect data on access to the website on the basis of our legitimate interest (see Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO) and store this data as "server log files" on the website server. The following data are logged in this way:

The server log files are saved for a maximum of seven days and then deleted. The data is stored for security reasons, e.g. to clarify cases of abuse. If data must be kept for reasons of evidence, they are excluded from deletion until the incident has been finally clarified.

Administration, financial accounting, office organisation Contact management
We process data within the framework of administrative tasks as well as the organisation of our operations, financial accounting and compliance with legal obligations, such as archiving. In doing so, we process the same data that we process within the scope of providing our contractual services. The basis for processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. c. DSGVO, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO. Customers, interested parties, business partners and website visitors are affected by the processing. The purpose of and our interest in the processing is administration, financial accounting, office organisation, archiving of data, i.e. tasks which serve to maintain our business activities, perform our tasks and provide our services. The deletion of data in relation to contractual services and contractual communication is in accordance with the information provided in these processing activities. We disclose or transfer data to the tax authorities, consultants, such as tax advisors or auditors, as well as other fee agencies and payment service providers. Furthermore, we store information on suppliers, event organisers and other business partners on the basis of our business interests, e.g. for the purpose of contacting them at a later date. We store these mostly company-related data permanently.
We do not store any credit card information on our servers.
Rights of the user
As a user, you have the right to receive, upon request, free information about what personal data about you has been stored. You also have the right to have incorrect data corrected and to have your personal data processed or deleted. If applicable, you can also exercise your right to data portability. If you believe that your data have been processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. Data transfer upon conclusion of contract for online shops, dealers and dispatch of goods
We only transfer personal data to third parties if this is necessary within the scope of the contract processing, for example to the companies entrusted with the delivery of the goods or the credit institute commissioned with the payment processing. A further transmission of the data does not take place or only if you have expressly agreed to the transmission. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, for example for advertising purposes. The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
Use of Google Analytics
If you have actively agreed, we use Google Analytics to analyse website usage. The resulting data is used to optimise our website and advertising measures.
If you have deactivated "Marketing & Analysis" in the cookie-content banner on your first visit to our website, no data transfer to Google will take place. You can still use our website in the same way.

Google Analytics stores cookies in your web browser for a period of two years since your last visit. These cookies contain a randomly generated user ID that allows you to be recognised during future visits to the website.
The recorded data is stored together with the randomly generated user ID, which enables the evaluation of pseudonymous user profiles. This user-related data is automatically deleted after 14 months. Other data remain stored in aggregated form for an unlimited period of time.

Deletion of data
Unless your request conflicts with a legal obligation to retain data (e.g. data retention), you have the right to have your data deleted. Data stored by us will be deleted if they are no longer required for their intended purpose and if there are no statutory retention periods. If deletion cannot be carried out because the data is required for permissible legal purposes, data processing will be restricted. In this case the data will be blocked and not processed for other purposes.
