In our Mix & Mätch bundle with natural, chocolate and icing glazed Lebkuchen, everyone gets finds treats according to their taste. All of our original Elisen are produced in our organic bakery in Burgebrach - part of the Nuremberg metropolitan region - by your local heroes.

Environmentally friendly & plastic-free packaging
Giving without a guilty conscience: our vegan Elisen are kept fresh by a compostable foil made of cellulose and corn starch. Your gift packaging is already included, because our paper tin already is beautifully illustrated and the perfect gift wrapping. Ready-to-present, so to speak.

In our "Mix n Mätsch" Lebkuchen bundle we put together a colorful bouquet of our Lebkuchen products: 3 collection tins (different motifs), 2x Lebkuchen in a paper banderole and a Lebkuchen letter box.

We try to combine 3 different motifs for you. Sorry, but depending on stock levels there may be variations and/or duplicates.

Our Lebkuchen will be soft and juicy for at least 4 months from the time of production, which is the “best before” date printed on the tin/foil. However, we have tasted the Lebkuchen, kept unopened in the foil, and found they were still soft and delicious long after this date! You'll also find some tips on how to get hard Lebkuchen soft again in our Journal.

Yes, all of our Lebkuchen are vegan. Unlike conventional Elisenlebkuchen, we do not use eggs or honey for our vegan Lebkuchen.

Elisenlebkuchen (also called “Lebkuchen Natur” or “Pur”), are the base for all of the following variants. We offer Elisen-Lebkuchen with icing and Lebkuchen with dark chocolate glazing. Our assorted or "mixed" tins ("Gemischt") are the most popular, since they meet every taste!

Auch wenn unsere Folien kompostierbar und dementsprechend zertifiziert sind, müssen laut Umweltbundesamt alle Verpackungen aus Kunststoff in der gelben Tonne beziehungsweise in dem gelben Sack entsorgt werden. Das gilt auch für biobasierte Kunststoffverpackungen. Sie dürfen keinesfalls in die Biotonne gegeben werden.
