Saisonal herbs
The intense, tart flavors of old Swabian apple and pear varieties, combined with fine, locally harvested herbs such as elderberry and thyme are ideally suited for the production of this light, fruity sparkling wine.
Recommendation
As a strong, fragrant aperitif, or served on ice. We especially enjoy it combined with desserts with elderflowers or exotic fruits. This Secco also tastes great with goat's cream cheese and rosemary or fish dishes. Aromas unfold best at 8 to 10°C in a champagne glass.
